  • Rates indicated are in THAI Baht Currency.
  • Rates indicated are Nett, and are inclusive of 7% VAT tax already.
  • We DO NOT charge 10% service charge here. Tipping is at guest's own discretion.
  • Check-in time is usually from 2 pm onwards. (Flexible upon room needed)
  • Check out time is usually no later than 12:30pm. (Flexible upon room needed)
  • We do accept VISA, MASTER and here at Club One Seven Chiang Mai. NOT AMERICAN EXPRESS, however there will be a fee surcharge of 3% by VISA/MasterCard/.

Visitor and Joiner's Policy

  • For the safety of our guests, all visitors or joiners are required to register at the Reception Desk with their Photo ID Card.
  • Due to our nudity policy at Club One Seven Chiang Mai, the use of our main facilities is only for men
  • ***no charge for visitor or joiner in the guesthouse rooms (excluding hostel rooms -charged per person) except when using our sauna, gym and swimming pool facility. In that case the charge would be the same as the entrance fee for our sauna facility.***
